Doug began his racing career with two cycle go karts and had over a hundred wins. He raced against Paul Tracy and Scott Goodyear. In the late 70's he drove hobby car number 75 for two and a half years. He won rookie of the year, and a number of features during his time with the hobbies. Doug's father, Leno, was one of the original owners of Flamboro Speedway and Doug has numerous relatives who raced including Bruce Anderson and TJ, Jason and Marty Woolsey. |
