Russ ran Flamboro 1962-63 & 1969. Second in points both '62 and '63. He was pit steward for '65 and '66 seasons and owned a car driven by Russ Padgett. In 1968 he was elected as the vice president of the Hobby Clue and was main tear down for the club. In 1969 he returned as a driver but only ran 4 nights and sold the car to Terry Dickinson. He built and helped Terry for some of Terry's race career at the C.N.E and Flamboro. |
