They raced under the name O.A.R.C., which stood for Ontario Amateur Race Club. For many years we were known unofficially as “The Hobby Club”. The club continued to grow because of its unique and competitive racing style that the fans love.
Today, we are now known as the "Canadian Vintage Modifieds". We have raced at every asphalt track in Central and Southern Ontario, ranging from 1/4 to 5/8 of a mile, and have traveled to the East Coast of Canada, New York and Michigan .
We are currently celebrating 40 years of racing! We are the oldest continually active racing organization in Canada and on behalf of all the members of the CVM, we would like to thank all of our fans and sponsors for your continuous support. |
