June 11th Recap

After a week off the young Driver's Canadian Vintage Modifieds returned to Flamboro Speedway for race #4 of the season. In feature #1 disaster struck for the #42 of Steve Murdoch who made contact with Joe Arsenault causing the #42 to break the left front as he tried slowing down Steve made contact with the front stretch wall collecting the #19 of Mike Westwood and the #43 of Jae Pepin unfortunately ending the night for each car. On the restart it was Ricky Willigar and Joe Arsenault leading the field into one where Ricky in his newly wrapped #8 machiene took over the lead and never looking back en route to his second victory of 2022. In feature #2 we saw the #15 of T.J Marshall back to his roots as he took home the victory in feature #2.

This week the Young Driver's Canadian Vintage Modifieds will be back in action at Flamboro Speedway with an action packed night of racing featuring 75 Laps for the Ontario Super Late Models, Mini Stocks and Pure Stocks. Pits open at 4:00pm, Grandstands at 5:00pm and racing starts at 6:30pm! C'mon out and enjoy a night at the races!
